Detailed Job Description
1-Minimum 10 years of construction and/or engineering experience or fit out works projects, of which at least 5 years must be senior arch engr.
2- Reviews shop drawings/project specifications, prepare material submittals and technical or contractual clarifications and submit for approval, and coordinates and routes for various Departmental to achieve project target.
3- Fluent in English – oral and written, is required.
4- Must able to coordinate effectively with site & technical office and with all sub trades.
5- He should also be able to provide necessary support and guidance to increase quantity and quality of completed works through delegation.
6- He must check and ensure the material delivered to site as per correct specification

Good communication skills, verbal, written and presentation, communication skills, verbal, written and presentation, Good team player and leader providing motivation and direction to direct reports, Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people, and operatives, setting out, leveling and surveying the site, checking plans, drawings and quantities for, accuracy of calculations, ensuring that all materials used and work, performed are as per specifications, agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project, managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by client architect, liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project, liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors;
planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed
deadlines overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site preparing reports as required, Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
