The health and safety of everyone on our worksites is our number one priority. It’s not just as logan or catchphrase; it’s a fundamental value that informs everything we do. For our clients, it means peace of mind, knowing that we’re taking every possible precaution to ensure their safety. We’re committed to providing a safe and secure working environment, from the highest levels of management down to every worker on the ground. Our eight Health and Safety Principles serve as a guide to ensure that we’re doing everything we can to prevent injuries, occupational illnesses, and environmental incidents.

These principles include recognizing that all injuries, illnesses, and incidents are preventable, safeguarding all operational exposures, and conducting safety and environmental assessments of all business processes. We believe that working saf ely is a condition of employment, and we're committed to training all employees to work safely and in an environmentally friendly manner. We conduct regular HSE management audits, involve our employees in all HSE issues, and ensure that all deficiencies ar e reported and corrected promptly.

We believe that a safe worksite is an efficient worksite, and we go to great lengths to ensure that our commitment to safety is reflected in everything we do. We establish and maintain documented health, safety, and envi ronmental management systems (EHSMS) that meet the highest national and international standards, including the National Standards Labor Law (Royal Decree no. M/51, 27.09.2005), OSHA 1926 CFR, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001.

We ensure that procedures, programs, and guidelines are in place to support our EHSMS and provide the necessary resources for the implementation of our management system. We communicate our HSE policy and objectives to all relevant parties, including our employees and clients, to ensure that everyone is on the same page when it comes to safety.
