Ready Built Factories in Sudair Industrial City
(78 units - Phase 1 & 2)

First phase consists of 58 RBF units of 450 m2 each. These pre-engineered buildings have a main factory area (gable steel frame) of 1,800 m2 for Type 1 and 900 m2 for Type 2. There are 14 blocks of Type 1 and 1 block of Type 2. Total Steel Structure = 26,100 m2.

Second Phase consists of R.B.F 20 Units (900 m2) each. Pre-Engineered building, Main Factory Area (Gable Steel Frame) with a total Area of 900 m2 for each unit & 3,600 m2 for one block. There are 5 No of blocks with an area 3,600 m2 each. Total Steel Structure = 18,000 m2

Wadi Public Realm in King Abdullah Financial District

The King Abdullah Financial District is known for its shopping, commercial offices, event spaces, and events. When the consultant for this project came to us, they needed landscaping that would be visually stunning, and fit the look and feel of the KAFD, but be easy to and cost effective to maintain.

We completed the water features, pump rooms, irrigation, and drainage channel. We also added in elevators and escalators, trellis, and landscaping. This created a more visually stunning space for both visitors and local residents to enjoy while traveling through one of Riyadh’s most popular commercial areas.

Construction of the Madinah Gate E16 & E17 Plots

This turnkey project, when completed, will measure approximately 83,900 sqm in built-up space, including two basements and twenty floors. Our work on Madinah Gate included the construction of all retail offices, administration offices, 325 hotel rooms, and a restaurant. The scope of this project included all civil, architectural, finishes, and MEP work, as well as the external hard landscaping.
